What this kind of site has to do

Immigration clients are anxious, high-stakes, and comparing firms fast. Most firm sites sell one application at a time, but the costly mistakes — a forgotten trip abroad, a gap between visas — surface years later at settlement. Visitors also don't know which route they're on, so 'we handle all matters' copy leaves them no clearer.

The approach

The hero draws the route as four steps — first visa, extension, settlement, citizenship — and every service page leads to the next stop. A five-question route check tells visitors which route probably applies and how urgent it is, then hands their answers to the enquiry form. Fees are fixed and published, a refusals line sits right under the hero, and a named solicitor owns each case from first call to decision.

What the study demonstrates

A calm, accessible practice site that turns uncertainty into a next step: a keyboard-friendly route check that hands off to the enquiry form, published fixed fees, a same-day refusals path for urgent visitors, and a written route plan as the core offer. Axe checks run on every page in light and dark mode.

The number this site is built to move

Route-review bookings from visitors who finish the route check.

What we'd A/B test first

'Check your route' vs. 'Book a route review' as the primary call to action.
