What this kind of site has to do

Sellers choosing an agent suspect every appraisal is inflated to win the listing, and most agency sites only show the wins. The page that matters, booking an appraisal, has to earn trust from a visitor who expects to be sold to.

The approach

The hero takes a property address and books a free appraisal, with a callback within one business day and a written price range within 48 hours. A three-step appraisal explainer ends with 'you decide'. Sold results show price, days on market and sale method, slow sales included, and a range-vs-result chart publishes past written appraisals against final prices, misses and the lesson learned among them. A campaign timeline and a sample weekly seller report show how a home is marketed and how owners are kept informed.

What the study demonstrates

A warm, editorial agency site that proves its pricing instead of claiming it: published appraisal accuracy, honest sold results, a visible weekly-report process, and an address-first appraisal form on every key page. All market figures on the build are labelled as sample data.
