Kvali — Georgia tours from Tbilisi

What this kind of site has to do
Guided-tour buyers browse at midnight on a phone, picturing Kazbegi at sunrise or a Kakheti wine cellar, and decide fast between operators they've never met. A flat list of trips doesn't build the trust needed to hand over a booking, and the moment that converts — starting a WhatsApp chat — is easy to bury.
The approach
Trips are filterable by type — day trips from Tbilisi, multi-day, wine and food — each with per-person lari pricing, departure times and seasons. Regions get their own pages with drive times from Tbilisi and what each is best for. The hero paints a low-poly Caucasus ridge that loads only on capable devices, and every screen routes to 'Message us on WhatsApp'. English and Georgian live at separate URLs.
What the study demonstrates
A boutique operator site that reads as personal, not packaged: filterable trips with honest pricing, region guides, a WhatsApp-first booking path, and full English/Georgian versions with hreflang and structured data. It exports as static HTML, and the 3D hero never becomes the LCP element.
The number this site is built to move
WhatsApp chats started per trip-page view.
What we'd A/B test first
Guide profiles on each trip page vs. on a separate about page.
